At Black Magic Tan HQ we aim to get your order to you within 2-3 working days for deliveries in Republic & Northern Ireland (please allow extra time during busy periods, for e.g Christmas, Easter & Bank Holidays)
Shipping cost is set at a flat rate of €4.75 for all retail orders within NI & ROI and a flat rate of €7.50 for all Professional orders within NI & ROI. We use DPD Couriers for all orders. Our products can vary greatly in weight & size so the rate is applied on an average costing provided by DPD Couriers, and we have chosen the most reliable and best rate available to our cutomers. We always aim to keep these as low as possible.

Black Magic do not accept returns for change of mind, do not send back any items without talking to a staff member of Black Magic first. A restocking fee of 15% will be applied with any returns.
Black Magic will not accept any tanning solution back. Please choose carefully.
Should you make an order and require it to be changed please contact us. If you have not tried our products before we suggest that you try the sample size bottles first.
Whilst every order shipped is checked and double checked from time to time a mistake can sneak through, if you have received an item that you didn’t order please contact us, a replacement will be shipped out with a returns bag. Do not use the item or we will not be able to accept the return.
All items need to be sent back to Black Magic Tan Ireland, we advise that you should send back any items using Registered Post, if an item fails to make its way to Black Magic will not be responsible for items missing in the post. Please allow acceptable time for your item to reach our HQ, in some cases it can be up to 2/3 business days.
Items that are approved to be sent back free of charge will be given an address that will offer this service
Black Magic are not responsible for any loss of income due to missing or delayed orders.
Please ensure that you allow ample time for all orders to be received and respect that during Bank Holidays, Christmas periods and sale times that the time can be delayed due to high volumes.
